Dr. Howard and Dr. Brown-Howard,
I just wanted to convey my appreciation for your sharing of your experience during your participation in doctoral program at Capella University. I definitely agree that it is very beneficial to have someone to share the experience with—that person can empathize the significance of a quality education! You both have inspired me and validate my reasons for exploring quality K-12 educational leadership. Your passion is obvious and contagious! Hooray for transformational leadership!

Congratulations Byron and Janet. I’m proud of guys. You’ve come a long way since we first met at Track I Colloquium. You’ve given me that extra motivation to finish my dissertation and see you again at graduation. I look forward to that. God bless.
