I was scared to go back to school after being out of school for 22 years, but after listening to this pod cast on August 22, 2008 I have been encouraged. Now that my oldest son has graduated from the University of Chicago, my oldest daughter is in her third year of college, my youngest son has graduated from high school and my youngest daughter in her second year of high school, I feel it is the right time. I am glad that I have chosen a school that has a dean that is encouraging and has had a similar back ground. I too was the first, but only, to attend college in my family, although I did not complete it due to personal reasons. I’m proud to have a child that has complete and one that is almost finished. They are my biggest supporters. That is one thing I feel is very important, having support and I’m glad that the Dean mentioned that and that she is looking toward the future in the undergraduate school. I look forward to completing my education here.
